Prices are in Australian dollars. We accept Paypal or direct bank transfer. Discount offered for stays over 10 nights. Please contact us for details via Contact page. Bond is $200 per stay. Cleaning and linen is additional $140 per booking. Secure parking in the building is available for $15 per night. Priority is given for bookings though this website. Availability and Bookings are for nights stayed. Please click on each night you would like to book. Complete the form below and we will then respond via email to confirm pricing and your reservation. Your booking will show as "pending" and updated to "booked" on payment of deposit. After 48 hours "pending" bookings will be revert to "available" unless deposit is received. Same day changeover day will allow check-out and check-in same day. You can check-out on a date marked "booked" if it is the start night of the next guests booking.Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for the rental period is required to secure the booking. Balance of the rental amount must be received, in full, 4 weeks prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the apartment. The cancellation policy for the apartment is as follows:- Prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival, 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded
- Within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, 100% of the total booking cost will be forfeited
- The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
- Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
- Departure – the apartment should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival with rubbish removed and dishwasher emptied.
- Check-out time is 10:00am, check-in time is 2:00pm.
- Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
- The bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements.
- Linen and towels will be supplied for your stay (excluding beach towels).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the balcony.
- Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property.
